The Amsterdam Student Alpine Club (ASAC) is the mountain sports club of Amsterdam. Mountaineering is a broad concept and that is exactly what makes it so beautiful! At the ASAC you can do sport climbing, bouldering, alpine skiing, hiking, (tour) skiing and so on. In short, something for every mountain athlete. Because mountaineering is such a broad concept, the ASAC also consists of very different people with the common characteristic: they like to climb on things.

Have you never climbed before, but would you like to start? Then you've come to the right place. At the ASAC you can follow the entire training process to become an independent climber. You might even make it to an instructor! Or are you an advanced climber in Amsterdam, but no one to climb with? Then you are also at the right place. The ASAC consists of many enthusiastic climbers who, if possible, hang out in the hall or outside in nature as much as possible. In addition to climbing in the hall, many climbing weekends are offered in the Ardennes, a summer program of the NSAC in the Alps and many other fun activities!
