ASZV SPONS is the Amsterdam Student Swimming Association where parties, fun and sports are combined in the best possible way! SPONS has its own training times and every level is welcome, as long as there is a basic level (being able to swim one lap).

SPONS participates in a student swimming competition with 11 other associations in the Netherlands through the Dutch Student Swimming Championships. A huge themed party is always organized after the game. In addition to the main goal of becoming a champion, SPONS is involved in various activities, such as a gala, an introduction weekend and themed drinks.
