NUTS is the student Ultimate Frisbee club in Amsterdam. We are a mixed team for both national and international students! That is why English is always spoken. We are open to new members all year round: whether you have years of experience or have barely touched a Frisbee!

Every Thursday we train from 19:00 to 20:30 at Sportpark Drieburg. All you need for this: sportswear and sports shoes with studs! We will of course make sure that there are enough discs available ;). These trainings prepare us for competition days. Together we travel through the Netherlands to play matches against other ultimate frisbee teams. We also participate in multi-day tournaments at home and abroad.
